1. What MASSA Visa Path AI is

MASSA Visa Path AI is a free information and self-assessment tool. It compares your answers with publicly available immigration requirements and shows a "Profile Match". It is not a law firm, government agency or licensed/regulated immigration adviser, and it does not provide legal advice.

2. No guarantees

  • We do not promise or predict any visa, permit or immigration outcome. Only the relevant government authority decides applications.
  • A Profile Match is not an approval chance.
  • Many pathways on this site are marked "Sample Data" and have not yet been verified against official sources.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Confirm every requirement, fee and deadline on the official government website before applying or paying anyone.
  • Give truthful information in your own applications. Do not use our educational document examples as real documents — they are marked "SAMPLE — DO NOT SUBMIT".
  • Do not misuse the site (for example, automated scraping that harms the service, attempting to access other users' data, or uploading unlawful content).

4. Accounts

Accounts are optional and used only to save your information. Keep your password safe. You can ask us to delete your account at any time via the Contact page.

5. Third-party links, live updates and ads

We link to official government websites and other third-party sites we do not control. Live updates and AI summaries are gathered automatically and may be wrong. If advertising is shown, it is labelled "Advertisement"; we do not endorse advertisers, and ads never influence eligibility results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and we are not liable for decisions you make or losses arising from use of the information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
